My Rate

All healing sessions are based on an hourly rate of $125. These are customized sessions focused on integrating and blending different healing modalities that fit and support your unique healing journey. You may choose one healing modality to focus your treatment on, but I will always bring in other modalities if needed. Sessions can range from 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, or open-ended, but will not extend beyond 3 hours. At booking, we can discuss and coordinate the best treatment options and times that are appropriate for your health needs. New clients will need to schedule a minimum of 90 minutes for their first session. Virtual sessions available via Zoom platform for Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, or Life Coaching. Below are examples of services and recommended times:

ENERGY HEALING OR HYPNOTHERAPY

  • Session length varies greatly depending on the health concern.

  • Minimum session (90 minutes)

  • Average sessions (90 minutes to 2 hours)

  • Open-ended sessions allow for best results. No more than 3 hours.

  • Energy Healing + Hypnotherapy often combined service.

ACUPUNCTURE & EASTERN MEDICINE

  • First Acupuncture Visit (90 minutes)

  • Return Acupuncture Visit (60 minutes)

  • Return Acupuncture + Sound Therapy (90 minutes)

  • Return Acupuncture + Energy Healing (2 hours)

  • Return Acupuncture + Hypnotherapy (2 hours)

INTUITIVE LIFE COACHING

  • Life coaching only session (60 or 90 minutes)

  • May include evaluation of life patterns with elemental and seasonal themes, journal exercises, and guided meditation.

  • Life coaching is often integrated with the other services.

SOUND THERAPY

  • Sound only session (60 minutes)

  • Sound therapy can easily be added to other services to help enhance the treatment.

  • Sound Therapy + Energy Healing often combined service.

Policies

By Appointment Only

  • For appointments, please call or e-mail me. I require a 15-minute phone consultation with you before booking a session. We will discuss your health concerns, healing goals, and how my healing style may be helpful. If expectations align, then we can schedule your first appointment.

  • Before the appointment, you must complete and sign the health history questionnaire, consent forms, and acknowledgment of my office policies.

Business Hours

  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Last appointment slot is 4:30pm. For sessions longer than 90 minutes, last appointment times will vary depending on my day’s schedule.

  • Virtual sessions available via Zoom platform for Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, or Life Coaching.

  • Please let me know if you are in one of the following states: Colorado, Connecticut, California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Texas, or Utah. Hypnotherapy restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed session leaves a hole in my schedule that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.

  • If there is an exposure to or onset of COVID-19 and cold/flu symptoms right before your appointment, it is your responsibility to reach out to me by phone to cancel your appointment. The cancellation fee will be waived in these cases.

Forms of Payment

  • I accept cash, checks, credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle. Also Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account with credit card ability. Payment is due at time of service.

Insurance

  • I have chosen not to work with insurance companies due to interference with treatment plans, strict regulations, low reimbursement rates, and overwhelming administrative requirements. All these factors make it very difficult for small businesses to thrive. Your quality of healing is my first priority and I feel I can do a better job focusing on your health needs instead of fulfilling insurance requests.

  • I am happy to provide a reimbursement receipt (for acupuncture only), so that you can submit claims directly to your insurance company and receive reimbursement. Please check your insurance plan to ensure you have acupuncture and out-of-network coverage. Reimbursement amounts will depend on your individual plan. Please request reimbursement receipts before your appointment. I will not engage directly with insurance companies.

  • Most health insurance companies will not cover the costs for hypnotherapy, energy healing, or sound therapy. I am not a licensed psychotherapist and I cannot provide mental health diagnosis insurance codes for hypnotherapy. However, most insurance health savings accounts and flexible spending credit cards can be used.
